At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products sold on our store. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Refund Eligibility — Customs Destruction
A refund may be issued only if your order is destroyed by customs and you can provide proof.
To qualify, you must send:

An official customs notice/letter stating the package was destroyed (or formally confiscated and not releasable), and

Your order number, and

Any tracking updates showing the customs outcome
If customs provides an option to pay fees/duties/taxes to release the package and you decline, this does not qualify as customs destruction.
Shipping Delays and Holds
Delays, inspections, or temporary customs holds are not eligible for refunds. International shipping can take time and may be affected by customs processing.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, it is not eligible for a refund. Additional reshipping costs may apply if reshipment is possible.
