Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 3-5 weeks after order, approximate delivery times are:

UK and Europe 6-10 days
North America 7-15 days
Rest Of The World 1-2 weeks

Returns and Refunds are not yet available as we do not have the infrastructure and business scale to support this. Therefore, all sales are final.

International Shipping & Customs:

• Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We cannot estimate or control the amount of these charges.
• If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for both the original shipping charges and return courier fees.

Please note that orders may experience delays due to customs clearance, which are outside our control.
